Privacy notice

Last updated October 26, 2026

Scope

This notice applies to numbernest.app and the NumberNest waitlist. It does not cover the NumberNest app, which is not yet available.

Who is responsible

NumberNest is operated by Monty Panton, who is responsible for the information described in this notice. Questions can be sent to support@numbernest.app.

What is collected

Waitlist:

  • email address
  • country of the phone number
  • date and time of joining, and of email confirmation

Website visits: IP address, processed by Vercel (the website host) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Waitlist form: browser information and IP address, checked by Cloudflare to detect automated sign-ups. A scrambled form of the IP address is kept for 24 hours to limit repeated sign-ups. The IP address itself is not stored.

Website visits: the page, where the visit came from, country, device and browser, counted by Vercel Web Analytics. Visitors aren’t identified, and nothing that links visits together is kept for more than 24 hours.

No cookies or advertising are used.

How the information is used

  • To notify waitlist members when NumberNest becomes available for their number’s country.
  • To send occasional updates before launch.
  • To understand demand by country.

Legal basis

Information is processed on the basis of consent, given when joining the waitlist and confirming the email address. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Scrambled IP addresses are kept on the basis of legitimate interests, to prevent abuse of the waitlist form.

Leaving the waitlist

Every email includes a link to leave the waitlist. Requests can also be sent to support@numbernest.app. On leaving, the information is deleted.

Retention

  • Unconfirmed sign-ups: deleted 7 days after the last confirmation email.
  • Confirmed sign-ups: kept until leaving the waitlist, or for 2 years from the date of joining, whichever is sooner.
  • Scrambled IP addresses from the waitlist form: deleted after 24 hours.
